Please ensure all original tags remain attached and the sheepskin is returned in its original packaging to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the sheepskin items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in their original protective wrap and shipping box to ensure the delicate natural fibers are not damaged during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely attach it to the outside of your parcel, covering any previous delivery markings.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to your nearest authorized courier point and keep your receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
